In practice this means:

  • Make an inventory of the current attitude and image that your employees have regarding your company and the proposed changes

  • Make an inventory of the causes for absence, burn-out and turnover

Working method:

  • Analysis and reports of talks and observations

Goal:

  • Map the present culture of your company

  • Reveal limiting beliefs concerning work ('I can't do this', 'This isn't going to work')

  • Reveal the causes of turnover and absence

2. Set up a Personal Plan of Action (PPA) together with the employee

In practice this means:

  • A competence analysis according to 'Core Qualities'

  • Set definite goals according to the S.M.A.R.T. method

  • Map limiting beliefs according to NLP-techniques

  • Make an inventory of 'energy - takers' and 'energy -givers'

Working method:

  • Individual talks

Goal:

  • Stimulate commitment

  • Stimulate intrinsic motivation

  • Stimulate personal responsibility

  • Give personal attention to the employee

3. Coaching concerning Personal Plan of Action (PPA)

In practice this means:

  • Coaching of the employee according to the goals that are set previously

Working method:

  • Individual talks

Goal:

  • Achieve set goals

  • Detect personal progress made by the employee (the main factor for motivation and therefore working satisfaction and therefore enthusiasm)

4. Coaching of the Coach

In practice this means:

  • Train a number of employees to be a coach

  • Coaching of the coach

Working method:

  • Plenary training

  • Coaching on the Job ("demonstrate, be partners, on your own")

Goal:

  • Continue with the employees' PPA

  • Create a coaching management style

5. Teambuilding per department

In practice this means:

  • Make the process of group dynamics a subject of discussion

Working method:

  • Plenary sessions

Goal:

  • Stimulate an open and positive work climate

  • Create a safe and healthy and therefore productive work climate

  • Eliminate limiting group beliefs

  • Gain an insight into frequently recurring conflicts between employees with the help of the Enneatype model
