Phase 1: Intake (4x2 hours)

What will be discussed during the intake phase?

  • Brief employment and education history

  • Health (a vitality diagnosis by a qualified specialist is one of the possibilities)

  • Work situation

  • Social situation

  • Personal situation

  • ´Energy -givers´ and ´energy -takers´

  • Most important values, standards and convictions

  • Wishes, dreams and passions

Phase 2: Personal Plan of Action (2x2 hours)

  • Bases on the report from phase 1

  • Translating wishes, dreams and passions into concrete goals

Phase 3: Realization phase (6x2 hours at least)

  • Coaching according to Personal Plan of Action

  • Combining the PPA with a Shiatsu therapist is one of the possibilities
